ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Para GH — Accessibility Statement Statement prepared: November 2025 | Last reviewed: November 2025

Our Commitment

Para GH is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible, including those with disabilities or who use assistive technologies. This statement applies to the Para GH website and has been prepared with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA — the recognised UK standard.

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We are actively working to address the known gaps listed below as part of our ongoing site development.

What We Have Done

The Para GH website currently has logical heading structures to support screen reader navigation, alternative text on images, sufficient colour contrast ratios, and pages that render correctly across common devices and browsers. Text is resizable without loss of content or function.

Known Limitations

The following are not yet fully implemented. We are working to address them in order of user impact:

Full keyboard navigation across all interactive elements. Reduced motion settings for users with vestibular sensitivities. Captions for any future video content. Full independently verified screen reader compatibility across all form elements.

Third-Party Tools

Some site functionality relies on third-party platforms, including Calendly for booking consultations. We cannot guarantee full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance for platforms outside our direct control. Where this creates a barrier, contact us directly at info@para-gh.co.uk

Contact and Reporting

If you experience difficulty using our website, or need information in an alternative format, contact us at info@para-gh.co.uk. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

Enforcement and Escalation

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS): Website: equalityadvisoryservice.com | Telephone: 0808 800 0082

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing accessibility regulations in England, Scotland, and Wales.

Review Schedule

This statement will be reviewed at least annually or when significant changes are made to the website.
